In April 2026, Bhavani Shankar Konda joined EasyLife as Co-Founder, bringing over a decade of leadership experience in the global financial and banking industry.

Bhavani Shankar Konda

Previously held senior leadership positions at leading multinational financial institutions, most recently serving as Vice President at JP Morgan Chase & Co. His expertise includes strategic planning, business transformation, operational excellence, governance and organizational growth.

Founder & Chairperson | Co-Founder & CEO

Dr. Nalluri Hima Bindu, Founder & Chairperson, turned personal challenges into purpose. Born with polio, she overcame mobility limitations to become a doctor and a visionary leader dedicated to empowering lives. Inspired by her journey, she co-founded EasyLife Mobility Innovations with Mr. Jinnendra Satya Srinivas Lakkimsetti, a seasoned professional with 18+ years of experience. Together, they set out to redefine mobility in India. Since 2019, their mission has been simple — to create innovative electric wheelchairs that offer freedom, independence, and dignity. Today, EasyLife stands as a symbol of empowerment, transforming lives through technology, compassion, and purpose.
